The crew had been cooped up far too long. After the attack with the nanovirus, Alliana had even more reason to leave the moment they touched down for supplies. Not that they needed many, but it gave everyone a chance to go out and relax. Luke had gone out for beers with the boys, and Ally happily let him. In fact, she encouraged it. He needed more guy time anyway. what Alliana needed, was girl time. After staring hard and relentlessly at her steel celling, Ally hopped out of bed and stared at her ruffled frame in the mirror. She was boring, this on board, was boring. Suddenly, the idea hit her. Night club. She chuckled almost deviously to herself and dove inside of her closet, finding a low cut silver tank, paired with low cut skinny's and heels she knew would kill her feet. It was perfect. She changed and applied more make up than necessary and ran down the hallway to Anna's room. Anna didn't now, nor had Ally cared. She would definitely force her into this. She craved, no needed to be sociable with people again. "Anna." She knocked and called through the door. "Hey, you, sleepy head. Open up. We're going out."

It was a good thing for Ally's sake that Anna wasn't actually asleep. She was way too wired to sleep. Her thoughts had been on Ben for the last few days, him playing the guitar for her, and that kiss after she'd said she loved him. She loved him. And it was amazing. Everytime she thought about it, a grin crept onto her face - she couldn't stop it. It helped that her hands were somewhat healed as well, there was no longer any real need for the bandages, and she'd been taken off the regular doses of painkillers now, she only took them when the pain was particularly bad. "Going out?" she muttered, sitting up in bed. Now? She walked over to the door, running her fingers through her hair before she opened it, looking at Ally. She was practically bouncing, filled with energy. "I don't get any say in this, do I?" Anna said with a slight smirk. Ally was already dressed and gorgeous, ready to go. If Anna didn't go, she'd just find someone else to go with. Although, she had a feeling not going really wasn't an option, Ally would just drag her out of there. "Fine, five minutes," Anna said, pushing her door closed again. Walking over to the wardrobe, she tugged off her shorts and t-shirt, pulling on her beaded top, skinny fit jeans and some heels - not that she really needed to be any taller - and grabbed her favourite bracelet. Then, she practically ripped open her makeup bag, smearing on some lip gloss, eye shadow and mascara, slapping her cheeks to make sure her skin looked fine, before turning back to the door again. When she opened it, she gave Ally a twirl, "how do I look?"Outfit

Ally wasn't sure why she was so hyper and ready for the night. it was 10:25 pm. Early. She chewed her lip in angst to leave. She thought back how different she had become after joining the crew. Luke and Anna brought out the girl in her so boldly strong, she hardly knew what to do with herself. She was, well...finally just a girl.
Resting her back against the opposite wall, she began chipping some black nail polish away. She heaved a small sigh, still edging at the bit to feel some real air on her skin, some real alcohol on her throat and a real night out for once. Luke probably wouldn't be as gung ho about tonight, but what did she care. he wasn't here. The guys were probably around scantily clad women anyway or something like that. They were men and they naturally just did that.
She heard the door hiss close and Anna's voice. Slowly, she rose her grey orbs to Anna's sparkly frame. "Hey now, you look wickedly gorgeous mate. You hot thing you." she teased, leaning back to her feet again. "right then, let's take tonight."

Anna snorted with laughter at Ally's teasing. "You're looking pretty smokin' yourself," she grinned, winding her up. She had never used the word smokin' before, and she never would again. "Yes, let's do this."
She wasn't particularly a clubbing person, she'd done it a few times before, and she'd found that for a good time, you really needed the right company - if you didn't have someone along who you could giggle with, then it all fell to pieces. Anna had a feeling that she and Ally were going to have a good laugh tonight, even if they were both taken.
Stepping out into the fresh air, Anna smiled widely, inhaling deeply. Reprocessed oxygen got old, no pun intended, after a while. The real stuff was always better. "So, where were you thinking of dragging me too?" she asked, looking over at Ally.

Ally shook her head with a broad grin. "Hey, come on. I was bored. We're young feisty, let's go have some fun, get drunk." she teased Anna with a light push. It was funny to hear Anna say 'smokin'. It was a word, she hadn't expected to hear from Anna's lips. Then again, there was a lot she still didn't know about Anna. Being best friends, they didn't open up easily to their past or who they really were. Unfortunately, Ally's came out and bit her in the butt anyway.
She turned, linking her arm with Anna's as they walked off the ship the the bustling city they were docked at. Automatically, head's turned. "There's this club I had heard was absolutely smashing. Big bass, great music and it opens at 11. I think it's called Poseidon or something like that. water themed, obviously, but I heard it's got a really great atmosphere." She smiled back at Anna. Clearly Anna was not a clubbing person, she was however someone who liked to have a good time. That in itself, was enough reason to drag her along. That and Ally wouldn't go with anyone else.

"Yes, because that's the best reason to get drunk," Anna smirked, nudging her friend back, "boredom. Also, we're young and fiesty? I never would have guessed." Sniggering slightly, she shook her head. To be honest, neither of them had been particularly fiesty lately, what with everything that had been going on, and the fact that they both had men that they loved - loved, she did a little dance in her head at that word. Anna was the youngest crew member though... and it had only just dawned on her, but she didn't actually know how much older Ally was than her. Three, maybe four years? Anna had only hit drinking age four months ago, which felt sort of embarrassing now she thought about it. Anyway...
Anna felt like she towered over Ally anyway, so she was glad the woman was wearing heels just as big, otherwise she would have felt like a giant. "As long as the club doesn't sink, I'm sure it'll be fine," she smirked, linking her arm with Ally's in return. "I take it you know where this club is. Getting lost in three inch heels never bodes well for my precious feet." Her hands had only just healed, she wasn't going to ruin her feet next.

Alliana rolled her eyes at Anna''s snark. She had forgotten Anna was so much younger than herself. She had but recently turned 25, so life was a tad easier for her. There was no real age difference to her, Anna never judged, or asked for advice-which she couldn't understand why- She simply treated her as an equal.
Another laugh escaped Ally's throat as Anna made her joke. "I'm pretty sure this club is on land." She had to look up a little at her friend. She hadn't exactly stopped to notice how short she really was. was...she really that short? Thank God for heels. 'I'm pretty sure I know where I'm going. I'm just going by word, but it shouldn't be too far from here." She nudged Anna with her arm, and directed her onto the sidewalk.

Anna saw Ally roll her eyes, and she just grinned in response. Snark was a speciality of hers, she enjoyed dishing it out. "Good, on both counts," Anna replied, stepping up and onto the pavement, careful not to trip up in her heels. Seh had a feeling she wa going to need a foot massage by the end of the evening anyway. The thing was, could she convince a certain someone to do it, or would he just say she brought it on herself?
Eventually, Ally came to a halt in front of a fairly large club; it was modern, glowing with neon lights on the outside (but not in a tacky fashion, somehow they had made it look stylish) and she could already hear music pounding from the inside. The queue wasn't that large yet, so they managed to get in fairly quickly, flashing their ID to the bouncer before heading inside. People were converging on the bar to get their first drinks orders in. It looked like the club did it's own special menu of cocktails, so Anna grabbed one and tugged Ally over and put the menu between them, "what to order..." she mused out loud.

Finally they reached their destination, and even Ally had to admit, she was a bit blown away by it all. It was quite the place. In front of the club was a large hologram in loop, featuring the Greek god in all his majesty, offering a drink. She mouthed a 'wow' as they made their entrance. The bouncer hardly observed their ID's, he was, well, momentarily distracted by the beauty that sauntered in.
Anna headed straight to the drink bar, which Ally wasn't expecting. Someone was eager to get buzzed. She mused to herself, with a shake of her curls. She made sure to spray on some body spray, scenting herself in vanilla and lavender. Luke seemed to like it, but then again, he liked everything. Just one more thing to tease other hapless males. She was on the prowl, aiming to attack and drop faster than gravity itself.
With a short scoffed laughed, she took the other side of the menu. "Hmm the Cherry Galaxy looks good. I might get that, what about you?"

The logic in going to bar was to get there and get a drink before it was absolutely heaving. Later in the night, it would take forever to get served, so they might as well take advantage of the fact that it was fairly easy now. Her brain obviously hadn't loosened up completely yet, but the drink would help with that. She didn't really know what Ally planned on actually doing here tonight, drinking and dancing probably. Or, at least, that's what Anna was going to do.
"Cherry Galaxy," Anna snorted, what a cheesy name. "I think I'll have the Banana Belter," she said, which had something to do with stars according to the menu. She shrugged, whatever, as long as it tasted good. They ordered their drinks and paid before turning back to the dance floor. Anna sipped some of her drink and her eyes went wide, "jesus," she said, coughing a little, "this is all alcohol."

Ally began to protest Anna's order, but it was already done before she could put a word in edgewise. She had made the same mistake when she was 21, and now anna was about to deal herself the same amount of pain. When their drinks came, Ally out her hand sup to stop her. "Anna I really think you should....." Too late. Well, she tried at least. "The Belter has a higher alcoholic content mate." Ally took her drink and handed her, her own. "here try this, it's much lighter. You won't get wasted on your first drink." she chuckled, trying to wave another waiter over. "And next time, try not to be so brave with your drink choices."
Ally got another drink after passing hers to Anna, and they made their way to the leather couches in the back. They would try dancing after they finished drinking their Galaxies. "I take it you've never been to a club before." she chuckled lightly, relaxing into the corner of the couch. She would show Anna the best time she could tonight.

Anna opened her mouth and closed it again, watching Ally treat her like a child who knew nothing about this, taking her drink away from her. She could feel annoyance bubbling away inside, whether Ally had meant to be patronising or not, that was how it had come across, and she didn't appreciate it at all. She may only be twenty one, and the youngest crew member, but she knew what she was doing. She didn't need someone to mother her, she'd got along just fine with her mother ignoring her for the last twenty one years.
Biting back any and all comments that were about to escape her mouth, she told herself to chill out. There was no point ruining the evening before it had even begun. Taking her drink, she walked quietly over to the sofas, taking a seat. Ally wasn't helping herself; Anna refrained from grinding her teeth. Okay, change of subject. "The music is good." Wow, that was a lame attempt. "And the club looks amazing. For some reason I expected it to look like the inside of a cruise liner." Better.

That came out all wrong. "I...didn't mean, I....meant to....sorry." Ally sighed, giving up trying to force the words out. Awkward silence waived through the air and she rubbed the back of her neck. "Yeah..interior's nice." Anna was still tense. Alliana chewed her lip, pretending to look off at random people. She had offended Anna without meaning and wasn't sure how to patch it up.
Anna hadn't really opened up a ton and was still a great mystery. She was holding on to a very painful past, or that's what Ally had collected at least. Her deep green eyes were still sad. She wouldn't push, Anna was her best friend and if she wanted to open she would on her own terms. She had almost been like a sister to her, which is why the whole thing happened. She was looking out for Anna in her mind, but through eyes of tension, looked like patronizing. She shouldn't have even opened her mouth, because now she was the bad guy. She heaved another sigh and stared down at her drink, chasing the cherry around with her straw. "I'm sorry...." she breathed, not really knowing what or why she was apologizing for. It needed to be said regardless.

Anna's topic of conversation didn't exactly fly when Ally realised that Anna was upset. Immediately, Ally looked guilty and went quiet, which made Anna bite her lip. She might not have said anything about it, but it was like she had 'pissed off' tattooed across her forehead. It wasn't like she'd exactly explained to Ally why she was so annoyed either. Mostly because she felt she couldn't do that without pouring her heart out, and a night club wasn't really the place for that.
With a sigh, she said, "it's okay," then she pursed her lips before saying, "it's mostly me. My parents weren't exactly there for me, neither were my brothers, so I've never been very good at taking advice from other people." She had every intention of leaving it at that for now. If she said anything else, she ran the risk of breaking down in the middle of the club, which wasn't exactly the night Ally had intended for. "Can we forget about it and start over?"

"Well....I'm always here for you. Sounds cheesy, but it's the honest to God truth. I always wanted a sister.." she confessed with a sigh, as she kept her attention to her drink. "I guess that's what I see in you." Ally pulled a cherry from her martini glass and popped it into her mouth, pulling the stem between her teeth. She was sure some guy in the room noticed. Every subconscious thing she did usually brought some male to her feet. "Of course we can start over. " She smiled apologetically, trying to make amends.
Ally turned her head, observing the crowd, scanning it over to find some poor boy to abuse. She turned her head back to anna, her curls hugging her neck. "So what do you want to do now? Tease some guys, dance, go for another drink? Personally I'm enjoying the chill time. " Ally slunk back into her leather chair, resting her heels on the edge of the table. She wasn't a fan of dancing, but she enjoyed people watching at clubs, sitting with some drink in her hand, completely relaxed.
