The Venia has stopped mid-flight just outside the radius of a black hole, partly to give the science team a chance to study its properties, but also to give the rest of the crew a chance to sort themselves out in the aftermath of the nanovirus and the explosion in engineering, which messed with a large amount of the ships systems.
As the ship sits stationary near the black hole, time disturbances begin to occur on board. The crew members begin seeing physical flashes of their pasts and their possible futures. The longer the ship stays in its position, the further the flashes jump in time.
There are no sign ups for this plot. It gives your characters a chance to explore their potential timelines, with other crew members present. It also gives you the chance to experiment. Want to play out a completely twisted version of your characters future, then you can do so. You have free range on what happens, but remember the psychological effects to your character after they see these flashes.
I will round up the plot some time at the end of September.
