Ciara is a bright and energetic girl, optimistic about almost all aspects of life. She thrives on social contact, chatting up a storm no matter who she's with or how little attention they're paying her. The girl has a knack for finding the goodness in everyone, even if it's not immediately obvious to others. Due to her religious background she never doubts that there is good in everyone, even if they've chosen to follow the darker paths in their hearts.

History:
Ciara's father, Ryan Gallagher, was the priest of a small church on the outskirts of Donegal, Ireland, and it was in that church that she grew up, along with her mother, Alice, and her younger sister Lily. As the daughter of a pastor, she grew up innocent and happy, believing there was a light in everything and everyone.
This belief made her curious about other people. She wanted to talk to every person she met, and get to know them. But to do that, she had to be able to speak to them, and not everyone understood English. And so she chose to follow a communications career path in university.
After several years of extensive studying, she'd learnt all the languages they could teach her, but she felt it wasn't enough. With already over a dozen different languages under her belt at the age of nineteen, she decided to leave Ireland and travel through North America to learn some of the other languages there.
It was during her travels that she stumbled across a girl named Katy Tyler who worked for an organization called UGAP, and it was her that convinced Ciara to submit an application to work as a Communication Officer for them. Needless to say, Ciara was accepted.
