History: Oliver was born in Maine, in a sea-side town filled with life. He was raised by his father, due to losing his mother to drink at an early age, and subsequently never knew her. His father was a fisherman, and on weekends, often brought him out on his little boat. It fostered in him a love for the sea, and and exploring it's hidden depths. He was your average beach boy as he grew up, only his unrivaled gift for the scientific setting him apart. He attended the state university, blazing through his doctorate in physics in 2 years. He set up a lab, published a few thesises, and happily tinkered until the UGAP knocked on his door one day, landing him here.
Random Facts: He abstains from alcohol, due to it taking his mother. He's won numerous surfing competitions, and dragged his surfboard along with him when he boarded the Venia. He wears contacts, because he's quite accident-prone, and it costs too much to replace his glasses that often.
