The hologram is able to transform into any form if need be. For instance; a large bodybuilder to hold down a patient. The hologram will mostly likely slowly be known as a 'she'. Sexuality: Unknown. She is yet to explore this. Age/Birthday: The program has been created for six years and has been developed ever since. Her exact version is only a month old and is the first advanced hologram to be created. She has yet to be activated. Race: Appears human. Place of Birth/Home Town: Pollux & Dayton Institute, Walesania (New Wales), New Earth
Character Portrayal: Rachel Weisz and others Hair: Long brunette hair that is usually up out of her face. Eyes: Hazel Height: 5' '7" Individual Features: Her program often fluctuates with a blue boxy pattern on parts of her body. Family: Her creator and other versions of the T.E.M.P. Friends: The crew. Enemies: None yet.
Job: Temporary Medic, Venia
Personality:
As of yet, the T.E.M.P. doesn't have much of a personality. She has an excellent bedside manner but is fitted to heal in an efficient fashion. She is rather shy when it comes to new people unless they are on a biobed with a series of injures. She is more than happy to see blood and guts but can't handle small talk. She doesn't understand jokes and can often put her foot in it by saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. However, her program is fit to adapt so over time she will progress socially.
Likes: Healing, Exploration, Learning. Dislikes: Chit-chat, Fighting, Meeting new people, Socializing. Fears: Losing a patient, Losing Memory, Computer Malfunction while active.
History: The T.E.M.P. was created at the peak of holographic discovery. A relatively new creation, holographic technology had been a distant dream of humanity ever since as early as the twentieth century. It was realized that the safety of the race was so important due to off-world travel and the discovery of thousands of new illness'. Scientists and world leaders knew that the current times were one of extreme technological advances and losing technology was not an option.
What would happen if the entire crew of a vessel were unconscious and in dire need of help. With light years away from others and limited oxygen supplies it was vital to have a way of getting the ship and it's crew back to space dock to be repaired. That's when the T.E.M.P. began it's creation. Having a hologram aboard with vast knowledge of medicine to heal the crew if the chief medical officer was compromised and complete integration into the ship's systems would allow it to pilot the ship to safety.
The T.E.M.P had been in service for six years but it was only a month ago when the program was updated to a version that it's creators were happy with to act as an independent being which was able to carry out the vital tasks that may be needed of it. The Venia's T.E.M.P is the latest version and is the most advanced hologram in service and therefore not only invaluable but extremely coveted. It's creators are sure it will assist the ship in it's important mission.
Random Facts: The acronym 'T.E.M.P.' was a complete coincidence. The holograms full name was chosen to state fully what it was. It was later pointed out that the name was abbreviated to T.E.M.P. From then on, it was always called this.
The holograms default avatar is that of the sister of it's creator who died at a young age. She was a brilliant scientist who aided the advance into water-powered cars.
The T.E.M.P is connected to the ship through so many systems that it will never be able to leave however it is able to roam all of the ship as projectors are located all over the ship.
She is able to walk through walls in a fashion by merely transferring her active form to another projector. She is immune to weapons fire as she is able to let things pass through her. Though if a phaser hits her projector the program will be inactive and will lose most of it's short term memory.
RP Sample:
"How may I be of assistance?" the T.E.M.P. flickered into existence. It was in it's default avatar form - a brunette female. It met the eyes of an injured crewmember. He panted and gripped his arm. She barely made out his words. She registered flux, ship, explosion. She looked around the room and saw it filled with injured crewmembers; some dead. She recognized the chief medical officer unconscious and flung over one of the biobeds.
Needing more information about what happened she looked to the ceiling and addressed the computer.
"Data request." She blinked as her memory was updated with the ship's status. A fluctuation had occurred right next to the ship causing explosions all over the vessel. She sprung into action and used her in built scanner to locate the most injured patients before creating a priority roster of who to treat next. She moved toward a burn victim who had severe internal bleeding. He was lying on the floor and needed immediate surgery.
Suddenly, her entire form changed as her avatar switched to a large muscly man. He picked the man up carefully and moved him to the second surgical bay. He was careful to set him down straight otherwise his injuries would worsen. He began his work.
Rules: Ha! What are these things you call rules?
