Basically, you give the person who posted before you a rating out of ten based on what your character would think about them, then write an IC comment underneath.
So, say Sam Winchester posted before Dean Winchester, Dean would be like:
WTF?! out of Ten
"Dude, he's my brother. That's just... wrong."
