R4

R4 is a terrorist cell who have struck out against the UGAP on many occasions over the past three or four years. They have claimed responsibility over several recent attacks, others are only alleged. It's not clear where the name R4 came from, it is believed that the founders of the group came up with the name based on their own names.

The Venia are currently a target of R4 as they are investigating into their most recent attacks. So far, R4 have blown up The Oceanic while the crew were on board, taken some of the crew hostage, and infected the crew with a nanovirus. When Ben and Anna began digging deeper they discovered that Henry Blake, who is supposed to be deceased, is one of the main financiers of the group, and is in the perfect position to do so as no one suspects him.

R4 look like they indeed to continue escalating these attacks until they overthrow the UGAP.
