History:
Being the youngest daughter of an oil tycoon, her older brothers have either been groomed to be a part of their father's company, or have gone on to open their own businesses. Rosemarie was her mother's little princess, she wanted her to be part of the high society in New York, but Rose, having grown up with three brothers, was much more interested in what they wanted to do.
Falling in with a like-minded group at school, girls and boys, they persuaded her to be rebellious, act out. She took this a lot further than the rest of the group, meeting Ty Wexland (several years her senior), a con who trained her as his understudy on long cons, and eventually made her his partner in crime.
When Ty was killed in a con gone wrong, Rose got out of the business before she got into trouble herself, being snapped up by Smith & Preston, a firm who catch well-known thieves, forgers, and con-artists, and collect the reward afterwards. She is their star agent.
