Bad name, but I couldn't think of anything more imaginative.
Essentially, you post a silly, embarrassing, unusual, or any photo really, of the person who posted before you, most probably with a comment underneath (we can't help ourselves, it's human nature). I'll start with one of myself, and we can go from there.
