Personality: Julia is a very independent person. She had always had to take care of herself, and others. This has made her a very caring and selfless person. She would rather help someone else, hurting herself, then take care of herself. Everyone comes before her. That's what she thinks. Along with this she will be nice to anybody and everyone unless they give her a really reason to have her hate them. And that is very hard. Julia sees the best in everyone and even if you hurt her she will give you another chance. There are a few things, though, that you do and she will never trust you again. Those being hurt her family and friends really bad. Not in the bad break up way, but the deadly way. Also if you lie to her about something really bad, or repeatedly she will not trust you for a long time, depending on the lie. She is also a very hard person and can be very blunt and harsh when she needs to. She doesn't like hurting other people but when she has to she will do it with out a seconded thought.

History: Julia was brother the youngest child with four brothers to Dillion and Kate Elkins. Brian had been born first four years earlier, then Connor two years later, and finally the twins Sean and Julia. Julia being born a minute and twenty seconds after Sean, something that he never let his sister forget. Leaving as the only girl with three brothers wasn't easy and Julia was forced to be more boy then girl, getting all the hammy-downs from her older brothers because her family didn't have all that much money to spend on the kids. Kate turned into a stay at home mom from her nursing job, while Dillion continued to work as a engineer helping to prepare ships that arrived in the London Port. This worked for two years, but six and four year old Brian and Connor were a hand full, and two year old Sean was becoming one.
The stress and disorder in the house starting to drive Dillion crazy and he snapped. Running away on one of the ships he was servicing leaving Kate a single mother of three out of control kids and one that ended up being forgotten most the time. Kate ended up needing to go back to job and sent the kids not old enough to go to school yet to day care, where they were lost in just another crowd. By the time Julia was six she was used to either playing by herself, or playing with her brothers, which was more like being picked on. Even her twin as harsh to the only girl, just because that's what his brothers did. And her mom had no time to stop it, so Julia learned quickly to take care of herself, and fight back against her brothers. As she started school she found her own calling. At home her mom was to busy dealing with her brothers, who by the time Brian was thirteen were allowed to stay home allow and watch the younger kids, to even notice the youngest.
That did not mean that Julia wasn't loved, Kate actually loved her the most because she was the only one that didn't act out. But there wasn't time to reward the good, only punish the bad. By the time Julia was eight she was put in charge of cooking diner, and cleaning, and the rest of the stuff that a mom should have done but Kate had started to work two jobs and had no time for it. Of course the to do list never ended and Julia was never able to have much of a childhood and was forced to grow up faster than anyone else should have to. Ironically her brothers never seemed to grow up. Even Sean who by far was the smartest out of them all, even Julia who herself was pretty smart. And it was Julia who made top marks in school, because she worked her butt off even though she had more on her plate at home than anyone else. By the time she was in high school she had fallen in love with psychology and the human mind.
Once when she was fourteen she was walking home alone from school and was attacked a man on the streets. Of course they had no idea who they were messing with, thinking that she just a little girl who couldn't fight back. But they were wrong. Julia had perfected her fighting skills years ago wrestling with her brothers. However when the man found that she wasn't going to just back down he pulled a knife. This didn't stop Julia, though. She had no idea what the man wanted, or what he would do to her if she didn't fight back, so she continued to fight. She did a good job for the most part but the man ended up cutting her along the back. Luckily after this he ran away, probably thinking that they wound would kill her. But it didn't and she made her way home. Once at home she hide the wound for her family, and though it needed stitches she didn't see a doctor, there was no money. Some how she was able to bandage it and hide it from her family, which wasn't hard since no one had time for her.
One by one her brothers started to leave as they graduated high school, and soon it was just her and Sean. It was just about then that Sean started to grow up and the two became close again after years of a strained relationship. Of course it wasn't easy to Julia to forgiver her brother for how he treated her all those years. But In the end they became close and even decided to go to the same university. Though Julia went into Psychology and Sean went into physics. When she graduated she joined a clinic helping people get over mental disorders. When Sean graduated he took a job on a starship. Because of the years that the two had spent together Julia was crushed that her twin was leaving her, but in the end she knew that they had to make their own way. Over the next few years Julia excelled and soon had her own practice. When she was 29 years old she informed that the ship Sean had been on had gone missing. They had no idea if it had crashed, simply lost communication, or even if anyone was still alive on it. Julia, however knew that her twin was still alive. She knew she would be able to feel it if Sean was dead.
To find her brother she took a job as an on board psychologist for a starship, in hopes of one day finding her way to Sean. Over the next two years she travailed the galaxy, searching. Once or twice she felt like she was getting close, but never was able to find him. On a stop at Earth the government approached her and offered her a job on the Venia. After the explain the fluxes she realized right away that that's what happened to her brother. She quickly accepted the job hoping not only to help other people from losing their loved ones like she had, but to maybe find a way of finding her brothers.

She also told him that she had gotten married in LA, and was now Kathlen Moore, and had gone to acting school, where she ended up being an extra in a few small movies. She then decided to come back to New York to get on Broadway because she found she loved to sing, and though she hadn't gotten any jobs yet she had enough money to live with out it. (Of course that was the only true part. Her family had left their fortune to Kate after they all died. But Kate didn't spend a penny of that money and hadn't told anyone about it. Of course Chris would know because he knew just how rich her family was.) So Kate said that she would go as long as she could act like one of the awardies. She wanted to go by the name Meg Moore. And so it would be.
Luckily no one she knew would be there and if some how someone from CT did show up they wouldn't make the connection between Meg Moore to Kate Saunders. Even if Chris called her Kathlen no one would know it was her. The really problem would be hiding her face from others. The thing she did first was straighten her signature brown curls. Then she did something Kate would never do she but her hair up. Then she hid her face in make up, another thing Kate never wore. Hiding the bags under her eyes and the over all tired look that most knew for Kate. Her dress was mid-thigh, black, with ruffles along the skirt, and no straps. Again not really the Kate style. Actually it was rare to see her even wear a dress. She wished she could do more, but there was nothing she could do. Just hope that if someone she did know was there didn't recognize her, and if they did she had already set up an alibi for Kate if she was asked in the morning. Hopefully she could just pass as Kate's "twin". After all everyone was said to have a twin somewhere in the world.

"Hello Mr. Price." Meg said smoothly, acting like she didn't even see he was talking to some one else. "Meg Moore. Very please you're throwing this get together." She said her voice not even her Kate voice. But one of an snoppy actress that thought she was better than everyone else.
