Personality: Will is a very intense young man with a strong alpha male complex that has gotten him far in the academic world, although it does rub some people the wrong way. History:
William was raised in a very anti-religious household. His father, a city politician, was ruthless ethically and instructed his children to be the same way. Will never had any right source of guidance from his mother, seeing as she left the family after the birth of Will, which was five years into her marriage. Compound the fact that his sister, who is five years older, began a very nifty shoplifting career that involved William when he was only six, and one can see how Will could be led down the wrong path. However, at age 10, his father was murdered in a back alley, leaving him and his sister alone, the children sent to a modern day version of an orphanage. One of the caretakers of the orphanage, a woman by the name of Ann Heisley, had pity on this poor, hopeless little boy and gave him extra portions of food, as well as allowed William to accompany her on grocery runs. She was also very religious and attempted to instruct William in a morally and ethically right way of living.
Six months after William's arrival, she discovered William's amazing ability to construct complex mechanisms from simple objects(He built a toaster using a portable heater, lego's, and springs that he took out of various toys. That caused quite a stir). William also showed a nice talent for numbers, as he proved by calculating the total payment for the groceries before the machine that counted the items did.
William loved Ann, even though he outwardly showed hatred at times, especially when she corrected him. Who did this woman thinks he was? But he kept on coming back to her because she...well, she made sense. After a year of her tutelage, Ann officially took William in as her son and quickly enrolled him in school. He excelled scholastically, but his conduct was...still...lacking. For instance, he stole the principal's pen because it looked great. Another time, Will punched an older boy in the face because he had "looked at me funny".
By high school, Ann's teachings were beginning to sink in and his conduct began to improve. He began to develop a sense of right and wrong...albeit, it was a very black and white sense. Things were either right or wrong, which is why he loved numbers. He also, after an excursion with his classmates to another planet, fell in love with spaceships. After graduating at the top of his class, he quickly went on to an aerial academy, where he graduated with a degree in two years. At age 21, the UGAP approached him with an offer to train with them. How could he refuse?
Now, two years later, he is on a very important mission. Is he up for it?
Random Facts:

-Loves Indian food and Beer
-Brunettes are pretty, but black haired women are SO gorgeous
RP Sample:
No answers. The rubble, the debris, the madness. There were no answers here, or any of the area he had searched. Only echoes of what had happened previously and the muted shouts of agony that the city now proclaimed throughout it's once beautiful landscape. What was it that father always used to say? The answers do not lie with what the person is surrounded by, but by what the person is. Why then was he looking for his answers in the dark rubble that scattered Tokyo?
Don't ask him that. He couldn't give you an answer.
Tanzo scanned the decaying downtown area once more before turning around to be greeted by the setting sun. He needed to get inside before those glowing idiots came around with their loud guns. But on second thought...one of them may know what's going on. Ever since that quake, things were out of proportion, out of balance. Men and women in costumes unlike Tanzo had ever seen were running around Tokyo like fire demons, battling each other and causing havoc. Tanzo smiled slightly: he would wait for the glowing ones. He would kill all but one. He would make that special one talk.
And he would do it again
And Again
And again
Until his answers
could be found.
