Ryan stayed quiet as he listened to Sa’mari he wanted to know every detail so he could act as the Klingon’s do, calling Discovery for help would be the last thing they did if they were caught he would try everything else then to call Discovery, he knew very well that Commander Ward would come and get them if he or Valik were in trouble but he didn’t want to lead this into a war. So sickbay first he wondered if this blood alteration would have any side effects after the mission was done he really didn’t want to have Klingon blood for the rest of his life but then again orders were orders and in the line of duty Ryan must do things he didn’t quiet like. Ryan had never worked with Klingon’s before but he knew the Vulcan language pretty well despite of his xenophobia. Ryan accepted the transmitter that Commander Ward handed him and Valik he nodded in reply and placed the transmitter inside his pocket for safe keepings.
Ryan turned back to Valik when she spoke to him, he nodded again in agreement he was trying to get over his fear but the effects from the nebula was still in his system which caused some doubt about the mission doubt which would lead him to believe that he could stuff the whole mission up. He and Valik would have to come up with a cover story a story that would allow them passage to the Klingon planet so no one would expect a thing. Ryan expected that this mission was going to be tough he didn’t think starship postings were going to be this tough, when he first signed on he believe that he was just going to provide security for the away teams but he should expect the unexpected. “I’m sure we will Valik.” Ryan replied back. It was going to be a very busy two hours. “During all this we can discuss our cover story and hopefully we’ve have everything covered within two hours.” Ryan added in as he followed the small group to sickbay for the blood alteration. "What can you tell me about the Klingons Lieutenant Sa'mari? I don't know that much about them to be honest." Ryan asked wanting to get a brief history lesseon as they walked to sickbay. "Is their language easy to learn Ensign Nixon? I've only learned the Vulcan language and that was prett hard to learn." Ryan continued to say.
