Anna had known Ally would find some excuse to get her away from the table sooner or later. Making her spill her drink on her dress hadn't exactly been the idea she'd been thinking of, but she supposed it worked, even if it meant she was now wet, and the dress would smell like wine. "You made me smell like an alcoholic," Anna teased lightly as they made their way into the ladies room.
It was only a matter of time till all the questions came gushing out of Ally's mouth, so, unable to wipe the smile from her face, she grabbed some paper towels and tried to wipe some of the wine from her dress. She'd rather smell of soap than of wine.

"Okay so the wine was not my fault. I poked you, you knocked the glass over yourself." she chuckled, getting a few towels to soak it up. "Good thing is, it'll dry clear." She handed her the towels and rested her back against the cool tile of the wall. She had to shift a little as it nicked one of her shoulder blades. She was never sure what the point was of back less dresses. Maybe it was just for show. Luke probably liked the view.
"How long has this been going on...between ben and You. I didn't even know you liked him, in fact, not twenty minutes ago, you almost seemed torn between Ben and Oliver. " Ally crossed her arms, finding another cold spot against her skin. She sucked her bottom lip, giving Anna a glimpse of her own thought through her deep grey eyes. She wasn't going to be pushy, but she didn't think she deserved to be so left out with this.

Anna snorted, "uh-huh, that's went how it went down," she rolled her eyes, "as opposed to you poking me so I would spill my drink over myself so you could drag me off to the bathroom." That was a more accurate account of what just happened. She really had planned on telling Ally everything as soon as she could, she was her best friend after all, obviously Ally couldn't wait though. Anna couldn't blame her, if their positions were reversed, she probably would have dragged Ally under the table to talk if she had to.
"I, uh," Anna stopped dabbing for a moment to look at Ally properly, "well, things have been escalating for while," she thought out loud, "but it sort of cumulated into a really ridiculously flirty conversation over the VMS yesterday then today..." she paused, "I don't know. It all just sort of happened. That stupid stumble, the awkwardness then..." surely Ally had figured it out, "the kiss."

Ally listened as anna began. Sort of reminded her of her first moment with Luke..but, somehow Anna's did seem a bit rushed. Maybe it was lust, sounded like it. She couldn't blame, couln't judge. Sometimes things like this did 'just happen'. She still hadn't told Anna what had 'just happened' at her shore leave. All she knew was that they had spent a few days alone together, then the UGAP. Details were completely danced around. She cleared her throat and shunned the thoughts away, focusing more on Anna.
"The kiss." she repeated. "You kissed Ben. Must've been pretty heavy because he was wearing your color. Your hair seemed crazy. Guess you scottish women are passionate." she joked, referring to the obvious heated mess they had left each other in. "What about Oliver? What went on there?"

Anna chuckled, come to think of it, his lips had looked a bit pink in the ballroom lighting. She hadn't been able to see it properly outside, but now it was plain and obvious for everyone to see. Oops. Oh well, the ridiculous grin on his face probably gave it away as well. He couldn't go out stressed and come back in happy without something happening out there. Two plus two equalled four, not five.
"Crazy?" Anna glanced in the mirror. It wasn't that bad. In fact, it was still pretty much intact, Ben had largely left her hair alone, probably for fear of what she would do to him if he messed it up. "I guess we are," she said with a smirk. It had definitely been a heat of the moment thing, her kissing him then him kissing her. Playing it over in her mind, all she could think about was how good his lips had tasted.
"Ollie, well," she said, "he was with Ben when I went out there, but didn't say much before he backed away." She remembered him retreating back towards the hall. "He seemed okay with it though," then she added, "especially if that grin at the table was anything to go by."

Ally laughed again, tossing her head back in an adorable manner. They were cute, well from what she had seen. Before tonight, they hadn't seemed attracted to each other in the slightest. After the shore leave, she suspected Anna had liked Oliver, but apparently that was not the case now. "You....and Ben. Guess that makes you two a couple then? Knowing you, it probably isn't a one time thing then."
There was a small bench in the bathroom, and Ally took a seat next to Anna with a smile. "He seems like a great guy. I think He just knows my name, so I'm not sure. But...he seems nice." Ally broke a half smile, trying to be the supportive friend. She was trying her hardest to be a good friend. Anna was her first, so she wasn't sure how all the rules worked. Ally smiled again, reaching an arm around for a hug. It seemed appropriate, and Anna never turned one down, in fact she was more of a hugger than Ally ever was. But Anna was beginning to change that in her. Anna was beginning to make Ally the type of person she had always wanted to be.

"I don't know about a couple..." Anna said, but Ally was definitely right it probably not being a one time thing, especially if Anna had her way. She couldn't wait to have her lips tied up with Ben's again. They'd really only just had their first kiss, and although it had been incredibly passionate, Anna couldn't call them a couple yet. If they were going to label themselves as such. She wanted to see where it would go. "Definitely not just a one time thing," she grinned.
Anna hugged Ally in return, glad that Ally was at least trying to be supportive, even if she didn't know Ben all that well. She appreciated it. "Thanks," Anna said, pulling back. She glanced at the clock on the wall. "We'd better be getting back to the table, or they're all going to think we've been abducted or something."
