He loves to goof around and have a good time, but when his chef duty calls he does a 180 and becomes completely engrossed in his task at hand. Hard working, and loyal, Calvin is generally always in a good, upbeat mood despite the situation with the universes. He can be giant flirt sometimes but is often self-conscious of who he’s flirting with, especially with the men on Venia (he doesn’t want to cause problems if someone gets close and finds out his secret).

“Oh you do, do you?” Alicia chuckled softly at his comment about saving her own day, then made a face at his ending statement. Superman? Who was that? Probably some superhero from a comic book she’d never heard of before. “Well let’s just hope it never comes to that, but if it does I think you’ll make a great saviour one day.” She’d given him a quick wink before glancing back out at the street and the hill they were just about to head up, catching his comment on the name of the candy store and grinning.
“Sweet Alley? Catchy name,” she admitted. “Kinda suits a candy store. I certainly like it better than Sugar Mountain, sounds less fattening.” She turned back to the road once they were over the hill and nervously waited to see if he was interested in her suggestion of the twenty questions game. She’d completely understand if he wasn’t, the game could be considered maybe a little immature, but when you were faced with a psychic and a teleport, she was sure they could come up with some interesting questions and answers. When she caught sight of his grin her eyes lit up, glad he was interested in playing and she waited patiently for him to ask the first question.
“No,” Alicia replied to his first question. “I haven’t had my ability since birth.” As she thought about it she laughed, and glanced down at her hands before bringing one up to run through her hair and then she finally looked over at Shawn.
“I was three years old when it happened,” she explained, her voice distant as she delved into the memory, deciding to give him a better answer than the one she had. “One minute I was swinging on the swing set out in the backyard, the next I was miles away from home in a cornfield.” She glanced out the passenger side window and could almost picture that day in her mind, as crystal clear as if it had happened yesterday.
“It might be one of those things where you had to have been there to believe it, otherwise it just sounds like a sci-fi movie,” she went on, looking back at him again, her voice still distant. “But there’d been a meteor shower that day, and... well, I guess a few shards had become imbedded into my skin and since then it affected my body and gave me the ability to teleport.” She waited for his reaction on everything she’d just told him before resting her hands back down in her lap and clearing her throat a little.
“I guess it’s my turn now,” she said, and figured since they were on the topic of their abilities... “Same question. Have you always been psychic? Or like me did it one day just... happen?”
