It was still there. Ally was about to speak, before Dee had pulled her into the 'correct' position. Damn this was uncomfortable. She tried he hardest to breathe in and out, but they came out in annoyed huffs, rather than relaxed breaths. Ally's back was definitely stretched, just not comfortably so. She twitched again, trying to adjust her back, and could feel a muscle pulling with the stretch of her arm. maybe Dee liked this sort of burn, but Ally was not a fan.

"You're. not. relaxing," Dee said, slightly agitated at Ally's stubbornness. "You've gotta have a little faith in this. I promise, you can go take your shower and whatnot after just one more stretch." She kept her hand on Ally's knee and moved her other one to her back to adjust her back to the proper position. "Breathe...."

Ally's knee popped uncomfortably as she had to hold back a profanity as she adjusted. This just sucked. She closed her eyes, imagining her free time with Luke. She would let him teach her yoga in a heartbeat. Her heartbeat slowed and she relaxed herself with closed eyes.

Dee held her in the position until she felt her muscles relax. She knew the burn had subsided and been replaced with a deep relaxation. "Feel any better?" She turned Ally's knee and back the other way to further stretch the muscles.

"Sorta.." she muttered, still craving her shower. The pull, stretch, and general tightness of her muscles, felt better than she fully wanted to admit right now. She wasn't lying, in truth she still wasn't feeling all, 100% better, but it wasn't the worst she could be feeling right now. It could always be worse.
