Blind Dating

This is essentially an idea to mix things up a little bit, give
characters a chance to meet one another when they wouldn't
usually, see if we can't start up some more friendships etc.
across the ship.

Sign up here before the 29th September, then I will put all
the characters names in a hat and pick out random pairs. I will
PM announce the pairs here, and you can get started! If the
thread works out, then great! If it doesn't, then no worries,
we can always try again next month.
